1. Returns & Refunds All Sales Are Final Due to the sensitive nature of our research products and to ensure the highest standards of laboratory integrity, Dual Aminos does not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has left our facility, we can no longer guarantee its purity or stability, and therefore it cannot be returned to our inventory.
2. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken vials or leaking seals), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dualaminos.com. You must provide:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
3. Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the sale is final.
4. Non-Delivery If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Dual Aminos is not responsible for stolen packages.
