2. Purchaser Representation
By purchasing from Dual Aminos, the customer represents that they are at least 21 years of age and are a qualified researcher affiliated with a laboratory or research institution. The purchaser acknowledges the risks involved with the handling of these chemicals.

Dual Aminos LLC shall not be held liable for any damages that result from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized use of our products. Under no circumstances shall Dual Aminos LLC or its affiliates be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged shipments.
